Wacky witch

Our wacky witch joins her sisters, the traditional witch and the candy corn witch.  Wacky witch wears purple and black striped leggings under a puffed sleeve dress with a mesh and netting handkerchief skirt with a separate striped belt.  The hat is black and purple felt finished with a big striped bow.  Shown with our tall black boots, sold separately.
